Beyondsolutions developed a native Android mobile application for RSI Consulting to streamline the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) projects in Afghanistan.
Project Objectives:

Key Functionalities:
- Offline and Online Data Collection: The application facilitates data collection in remote locations with limited internet connectivity, ensuring data capture even without an online connection. Data synchronization occurs when internet access becomes available.
- Multimedia M&E Tools: The app offers a comprehensive suite of M&E tools for data collection, including text fields, drop-down menus, and options for capturing photos, audio recordings, and videos, providing a richer evaluation experience.
- Automatic Geo-tagging and Time-stamping: All collected data is automatically tagged with GPS coordinates and a date/time stamp, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating location-based analysis.
