Project Summary:

Beyondsolutions core team designed and implemented a comprehensive Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) for the Afghan Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) in collaboration with GRM. This multilingual application (Dari, Pashto, English) empowers the MoPH’s HR department to streamline core HR processes and enhance information accessibility for informed decision-making.

Key Functionalities:

  • Multilingual Support: The system caters to a diverse user base by offering functionality in Dari, Pashto, and English.
  • Organizational Structure Management: Creation and management of a dynamic organizational structure (Tashkeel) to reflect changes within the MoPH.

  • Employee Information Management: Secure and organized storage of employee data, including personal details, educational qualifications, work experience, assets, training records, and employee ID management.
  • Robust Reporting: A powerful ad-hoc reporting engine enables generation of customized reports to meet the evolving information needs of senior management.
  • Data Migration: Successful migration of historical HR data from the previous system ensures continuity and facilitates trend analysis.
